Interested athletes receive official evaluation updates by email.

Attend the scheduled tryout
Each athlete has one tryout opportunity. Coaches issue callbacks when additional evaluation is needed.

Staff review
The coaching staff discusses scored evaluations, readiness, roster needs, commitment, and team fit.

Private placement notification
Selected families are notified privately before any public roster reveal.

Missing the scheduled tryout does not create an alternate evaluation. The athlete remains on the interest-list waitlist.

Selected families receive the payment link after accepting a roster offer and may choose full payment or the announced installment plan.

- Tournament entry fees

- Education and leadership programming
- Rostered-athlete lodging and meals for overnight trips confirmed in the final schedule

Transportation plans for overnight events vary by event. Travel distance also differs by competition level.
Affordability
Families can choose installments and participate in team fundraising. Sponsor-funded athlete support is also part of the Axxis access model.
Roster Acceptance
A selected family secures the position by the stated deadline.
Complete
Sign the participation agreement and required safety, medical, and program forms.
Pay
Submit the initial payment or deposit through the separate program-fee link.
